What:
This October, take a moment to center yourself during your weekday lunch break with our Mid-Day Mindfulness Series. As the cozy season begins, we invite you to pause, breathe, and reflect with our community through daily mindfulness sessions.
Hosted by our Programs team, these 15-minute guided mindfulness breaks focus on helping us reset and recharge. Each session will focus on simple yet powerful practices such as breathwork, body awareness, and cultivating a sense of calm amidst our daily routines.
When:
Monday - Friday in October
Time: 12:30 PM (15 minutes)
Where:
Secure Zoom (same link for all sessions)
Register for the day you wish to join, the Zoom link will be the same for all sessions!
Join us for the full series or drop in whenever your schedule allows. Though, we encourage you to make these mindful moments a regular part of your day. Whether you attend one or all sessions, you'll be tapping into the power of presence and self-care.
