Join us for an engaging and informative workshop aimed at supporting parents through the complexities of family transitions, including divorce, separation, and the blending of families.

- How to talk to your kids about the challenges of family transitions and how a family therapist can provide emotional support during these times.
- The emotional journey of family transitions: Exploring insights on how children can adapt to changes, with a focus on emotional resilience and coping strategies.
Format:
The panel discussion will include insights from professionals in family law and mental health, as well as lived experience perspectives, including a young adult who navigated divorce and blended family dynamics firsthand. Together, panelists will offer practical tips on adjusting to family transitions and maintaining a healthy, affirming family dynamic.
The workshop will serve as a springboard for further conversation, providing parents with tools to optimize co-parenting and strengthen family relationships.
