Legal Issues Series, Part 2: Legal Issues for Trans and Non-traditional Families

12/03/2015 06:00 PM - 08:00 PM PT

Description

Does your family’s legal life fall outside the two-parent, same-sex model? Trans families, poly families, single parents, and non-marital parents all deal with special considerations when it comes to interacting with the legal system. If this describes your family, come meet Flor Bermudez from Transgender Law Center and Emily Doskow, attorney and mediator, to learn about what the recent important court decisions mean to you and how to navigate your unique legal landscape.

Emily Doskow, a woman with medium-length hair, glasses, and professional attire. Flor Bermudez, a woman with short hair and professional attire.
